Alfred Stieglitz produced a series of photographs called Equivalents. This was a series of images of clouds as observed from his studio.

As part of Exercise 4.11 Emulation, I decided to try and do my own version of Equivalents.

Working through this mini-project gave me an appreciation for the wonder of clouds and our skies, and how they can look depending on the time of day and the weather conditions.

    1. Hi Chris,
They were all taken in the area outside my home so almost in the same spot.
I’m lucky that outside our house is a communal green so there’s plenty of space to be able to see the sky without buildings intruding.
I’m think that I should go and get some shots of the sky now, it’s pretty featureless with the snow clouds so I might need to try and shoot up through the branches of the tree in the middle of the green in order to give some context to the clouds.
